ChadRouter

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ChadRouter, its console and its API.

The service

ChadRouter is an LLM router that provides an OpenAI-compatible API for accessing language models from authorized third-party vendors. ChadRouter is operated by an individual sole proprietor. You can contact the operator at [email protected].

Features, supported models and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular model response.

Your account and API keys

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement to use ChadRouter. Use accurate account information and only an account you are authorized to use. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Keep your login and API keys secure. You are responsible for requests made with your credentials. Revoke a key in the console and contact support promptly if you suspect it has been exposed.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not use it to create or distribute illegal content, adult or sexual content, child exploitation material, malware, fraud, non-consensual intimate material, or content that facilitates violence or abuse.

Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, evade access controls or limits, compromise the service, or send data that you do not have permission to process. Applicable model and vendor restrictions also apply to requests routed to those models. Contact support if you need to confirm whether a use case is supported.

Inputs and generated output

You retain any rights you already have in the material you submit. You give us permission to process and transmit that material to the relevant service providers to fulfill your request, as described in our privacy policy.

Generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output provided to others. Review it before relying on it, publishing it or using it in a decision. It is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. We do not guarantee that generated output is unique or free of third-party rights.

Credits, prices and payments

Usage is charged in USD at the model rates shown on our pricing page. Input and output tokens have separate rates. Requests reserve credit before generation; final charges use reported usage, and unresolved usage may require reconciliation.

Credits are for ChadRouter API usage, are not transferable and are not a bank deposit or general-purpose payment balance. Credit purchases are one-time payments with no recurring subscription.

Dodo Payments handles purchases as merchant of record. The payment page shows the total, taxes and applicable purchase terms before you pay. Our refund and cancellation policy explains refunds for unused purchased credits. Price changes apply to new requests after they are published; an existing request keeps its recorded rates.

Suspension and closure

We may restrict or suspend access to address security risks, unlawful activity, abuse, unpaid charges or a breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact us for review. You can stop using the service at any time and request account closure by email.

Suspension or closure does not remove any statutory refund rights. Eligible unused purchased credits remain subject to the refund policy. Charges for usage already provided remain payable.

Service limits and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees about fitness for a particular purpose, availability or the accuracy of generated output. You are responsible for checking whether the service meets your needs and for maintaining copies of your own data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a concern or dispute, contact support so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these terms

We will publish updates on this page with a new date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email before they take effect. Changes do not remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.
