You can request a refund of your remaining unused purchased credits at any time.

Unused purchased credits

You can request a refund of your remaining unused purchased credit balance at any time. We will calculate the refundable amount from your purchase records and unused balance after checking any pending usage.

Credits already consumed by completed API usage are not refundable under this policy. Free, trial, promotional and manually granted credits have no cash refund value. This does not limit any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your ChadRouter account. Include the purchase date, amount and receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords or API keys.

If any usage is still pending or reserved, we will reconcile it before calculating the unused amount. We will confirm the result and next steps by email. If we decline a request, we will explain why.

Where the refund goes

Approved refunds go to the original payment method through the payment processor where supported. If that method cannot receive the refund, we will contact you about the options available through the processor. Refunded credits will be removed from your ChadRouter balance. Processing and bank settlement times vary; we will confirm when the refund has been initiated.

For purchases handled by Dodo Payments, the receipt and payment page also identify Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Refunds are processed through that purchase record, including any applicable tax adjustment.

Stopping or closing your account

There is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can stop making requests and revoke your API keys in the console at any time. Requests that have already started may still incur usage charges.

To close your account, email support. Account closure does not automatically refund a remaining balance; include a refund request if you have eligible unused purchased credits. We may retain records needed for billing, fraud prevention or legal obligations, as explained in our privacy policy.

Billing errors and your rights

If you believe a charge or usage record is wrong, contact support with the transaction or request ID so we can investigate. This policy does not override mandatory consumer rights, payment dispute rights or remedies for a service that was not provided as required by law.
